Poddera Suite digitizes the management and monitoring of calls for proposals, projects, and data collection through various interconnected functional modules:
- The Management module is the tool’s core. Designed to be the internal team’s workspace, it offers a broad view, control, and perspective of the organization’s calls, projects, milestones, tasks, programs, and portfolios. Its implementation improves information and workflow, boosting collaboration and efficiency. Through the workflow tool, the organization’s processes—such as application evaluation, payment release, and more—can be mapped and automated.
- Forms is Poddera’s data collection module. It allows the creation of advanced forms, integration via API, calculations automation and conditional logic, and transformation of collected information into structured, real-time usable data.
- The Portal module is the link between the organization and external stakeholders. This web platform enables user creation for any external entity that collaborates or intends to collaborate with the organization. Once the user is created and verified, they can interact with the rest of the modules in a supervised manner. Through Portal, the organization can publish calls or request data, and users can submit applications or update the progress of their projects, for example.
- Poddera’s document manager is fully integrated into the system and allows users to upload and download required documents through the Management, Portal, and other modules.
The system enables official submissions through the Portal thanks to integration with official systems such as Cl@ve, GEISER, and Notifica.
