IMPACT is a boutique for entrepreneurship, investment and wealth management with purpose that connects entrepreneurial talent, investors and family businesses to accelerate technological innovation with artificial intelligence and purpose. Our ecosystem integrates a Venture Builder for startups in pre-seed/seed stages, a Corporate division specialized in M&A and succession planning for family businesses (€5–35M), and a branch of sustainable Real Estate investment and development. We operate under the 3Ps model (People, Planet, Profit), driving sustainable initiatives with profitability and purpose.

• Investors: we design co-investment vehicles in AI and sustainable innovation, creating opportunities for family offices and impact investors to diversify their capital into high-value tech projects aligned with the SDGs and the 3Ps model (People, Planet, Profit).
• Family businesses (€5–35M): we support succession planning, growth strategies and M&A operations, integrating AI as a driver of competitiveness and as a key tool for digital transformation and long-term sustainability.
