Catalan company founded in 1985, specialized in advanced biometrics and AI solutions for controlling the flow of people, vehicles and boats: from development to integration and commissioning.
Based on its own R+D+i, it manufactures the products that it supplies especially to the Public Administration, participating in all cycles of the process.
Its solutions are mainly aimed at State Security Bodies and Forces, Departments of Justice, Penitentiary Institutions, Consular Offices or visa and passport outsourcing companies, Ports, airports and border controls in general.
The key to success is its methodology that allows it to bring its clients and partners together in the projects and achieve the objectives it sets itself.
It has extensive experience, more than 20 years, transforming the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the consular management system for services to citizens residing abroad, as well as for the management of visas and passports, among other services. This trajectory led it to specialize in biometric processing and to acquire experience in international cooperation projects at European level, such as the development and deployment of the VIS project for the Spanish government from 2011 onwards.
Currently, Bioidenti is a company that provides Registration and Verification solutions related to the EES in areas such as airports and ports in Spain.
All this is supported by a quality and information security management system certified by ISO:9001-2015, ISO 27001:2022 and ENS ALTA category.
Its integration services are supported by its catalog of biometric registration and identification products suitable for desktop stations, kiosks and mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), which allow it to offer mature solutions to its customers and integrate them into on-premise platforms through specialized integration projects.
On the other hand, it also offers solutions in the port field that allow the control of the flow of vehicles for ferries and their integration into police controls derived from the European EES system and systems for the detection and identification of vessels applicable to different uses such as environmental exclusion zones or security controls at access to marinas and marinas, among others.
Activities
Port Community
- SCAPE: Port Area Vessel Access Control System. It allows the tracking and identification of boats by means of cameras. It incorporates AI for trajectory forecasting, recognition of typologies and combined algorithms for identification based not only on license plates.
- EUROPORT-SmartFlow: AI for vehicle flow control in vehicle boarding and disembarkation processes integrated with the EES Passenger Check-in and Verification controls.
Community Bodies and Security Forces
- Bioidenti^RV-EES: Passenger Registration and Verification Solution integrated with EES systems. This solution is designed to be used from mobile devices (e.g. Laxton’s Chameleon8 tablet). The process integrates passport reading and verification, facial and fingerprint capture and verification, visa verification and integrated consultations with the central State and European services.
Community Justice
- APUDACTA: System for the registration and verification of defendants in judicial venues that are subject to precautionary measures. Web solution that facilitates the reading and verification of ID documents and the capture and verification using fingerprint biometrics.
- Penitentiary Services: ABIS system for the registration of inmates and multibiometric entry/exit controls for VIS-À-VIS access, communications and permits and open regimes.

- Bioidenti^Enrolment: Web solution for facial and fingerprint enrolment interoperable in different applications such as visa applications, passports, registration of defendants, etc.
Identity Control Services
- FMS+IU: Web services and interfaces for DigitalOnBoarding solutions. We provide cloud and OnPremise services for document capture and validation and facial recognition verification of the wearer.
