Actualtic offers support in procurement procedures for ICT supplies and services for public administrations, assisting in both the strategic definition and the entire bidding process: drafting technical specifications, administrative terms, needs reports, offer analysis, and preparing evaluation reports and award proposals.
Activities
Procurement / Tendering Procedures:
- Support in the procurement of technological services and/or systems, starting from the initial identification of the client’s needs.
- Identification of alternatives and assessment of implications (economic, timeline, implementation, etc.)
- Preparation of documentation associated with the procurement process (technical specifications, justification reports, etc.)
- Offer analysis and drafting of award reports
- Support during the negotiation process, if applicable
- Extensive knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP) and the administrative procedures associated with public procurement
