SmartGIS is a GovTech company specializing in Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (Geo-AI) for public administration. Its SaaS platform allows complex territorial and urban analyses to be transformed into immediate results, reducing operational processes from several hours to a matter of seconds.

Through the use of Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing, the solution empowers any technical profile or municipal manager to intuitively query the city. The system processes the data and instantly generates interactive maps, territorial accessibility indicators, and technical reports. Furthermore, it directly integrates information from the Electronic Headquarters of the Cadastre (featuring 3D building visualization) and includes an interactive module for the planning and visual design of urban interventions.

Designed to meet the highest legal and operational demands of the public sector, SmartGIS’s technological infrastructure is hosted entirely in Spain and strictly complies with the High-Level National Security Framework (ENS). This rigorous approach guarantees total data sovereignty and offers city councils a secure and scalable tool to modernize territorial management and achieve the objectives of the 2030 Agenda.

SmartGIS’s activities are directly linked to the following Digital Catalonia Alliance (DCA) communities:

• GovTech Community: It develops and commercializes a B2G SaaS platform designed for the technological modernization of public administration. The activity focuses on providing digital and geospatial intelligence solutions to optimize territorial management, urban planning, and the analysis of accessibility to public services. The goal is to streamline municipal decision-making through technologies that strictly comply with the National Security Framework (ENS).
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Community: It integrates and practically applies Natural Language Processing (NLP) models aimed at analyzing spatial data. The activity consists of implementing AI algorithms that allow for the automation of data analysis based on natural language queries, instantly generating interactive cartography and technical reports.
